Engrenax replacement parts are designed and manufacture to meet all specifications of original OEM parts. However if you feel that the parts you have purchased are defective, you may return them by contacting us, or the distributor you originally bought them from. Each item is subject to a full quality inspection before any credits or replacements occur.

To return parts you must first obtain a RA number from us, or your distributor, you will then be responsible for returning the part/s to either us or the distributor. If you would to contact us on how this should be done please feel free to do so.
